The cost is only $300 plus $175 security deposit. The deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the clubhouse after the party.
While these rentals are a means for EPHA to generate income for our operating budget, all members are expected to adhere to rules relating to clubhouse rentals.
Please be reminded that if you have your event during summer operating hours, we ask you to be mindful and courteous to the general membership and ensure that they have access to the beach club amenities. This includes bathroom facilities, concession, service bar and tables - indoor and outdoor. Summer operating hours are Sat & Sun 12:30PM — 6:00PM; Week Days Beginning 5/26/19 thru Labor Day - 1:00PM to 5:30PM
Note that rental of the clubhouse for children's birthday parties (children under 12) will be allowed Monday through Friday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m., not to exceed 3 hours.
The member renting the Club must be present during the private party. Also please be mindful that the renter must completely clean the clubhouse and pick up all outside garbage after the party. Party hosts must use thumbtacks for all decorations. There should be absolutely no sticky tapes or adhesives. Failure to clean up adequately, or use of adhesives may result in loss of deposit.
To rent the Clubhouse for a family function, you must send an email to Angelo LaGreco at aalagreco@optonline.net. Angelo will provide you with a rental agreement and provide additional instructions.
